Las Vegas Black Image Magazine and Hollywood Hair and Beauty Supply are working together to make the holiday season brighter, by sponsoring a Christmas toy drive for Las Vegas families in need. The Hollywood Christmas Toy Drive will take place at Hollywood Hair & Beauty, (4850 W. Flamingo Road, No. 45), on Dec. 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. With an estimated 21 percent of African-Americans in Nevada out of work, this special event is for families seeking a little help from Santa Claus during these tough economic times. To RSVP your attendance, call Hollywood Hair and Beauty Supply at 702-608-4492. Along with some of his elves, Santa paid a recent visit to the salon to begin preparations for the toy drive.
