Grand Opening These are good times for Las Vegas Black Image Magazine contributing food editor Stacey Dougan: She recently hosted a grand opening for her own business, Simply Pure, in the Container Park in Downtown Las Vegas. Dougan welcomed both locals and tourists to the vegan cafe, which is dedicated to healthy food options.
