Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

INGREDIENTS (serves 12)
- 6 ripe bananas
- 2 cups non-dairy dark chocolate bars
- or chips
- 1⁄2 cup non-dairy, vanilla-fl avored milk
- (coconut, soy or almond)
Peel bananas; cut in half crosswise. Insert a wooden kebab stick into flat end of each banana half. Lay bananas on a shallow pan; freeze for about 3 hours or until completely frozen.
Melt chocolate and milk together in a double boiler or on low heat, stirring frequently. Quickly dip each banana into melted chocolate, coating well. Chocolate will become firm right away. Store in freezer and allow to cool and serve.
