In every instance, that shout-out is likely to go to Helen Bailey, who won international notice as host of the BET Networks series “Urban Livin'” for three years.
Before that, she had a national audience with her popular “Make Your Home a Haven” segments on Clear Channel Radio, and a series of well-attended seminars that included the beloved “Keeping Up with the Joneses While Decorating on a Budget.”
