Spring Coconut Pineapple Mango Pina Colada Juice Refresher

Spring is here — and freshness is most definitely in high demand! Fresh fruits and vegetables hold amazing power to boost our health and vitality. So get creative with your selections, and allow the nutrients to slim you down and shape you up this season!
Here is a wonderful recipe to spring into juicing — the best path to immaculate health.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Juicer
- 4 ounces fresh pineapple juice.
- 4 ounces fresh mango juice
- Meat of 2 sweet brown coconuts
- 4 ounces fresh coconut water from 2 sweet brown coconuts
- Makes 4-5 servings
MAKIN’ IT
- Remove rind from pineapple, cut pineapple into midsize chunks and juice.
- Remove skin from mango, cut mango into midsize chunks and juice.
- Crack whole brown coconuts with a hammer, drain and strain coconut juice.
- Carve out the coconut meat from the fresh coconut, juice, remove fine coconut meat and add to coconut water.
- Combine all juices; add a sliced pineapple and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish. Enjoy!
