A wonderful repass for Dr. William H. “Bob” Bailey (February 14, 1927-May 24, 2014) was held at Victory Missionary Baptist Church, sponsored by Pastor Dr. Robert E. Fowler, Sr. Attended by the ‘Who’s Who’ of Las Vegas, the repass was coordinated by Kathleen Knight and catered by members of The Links Inc. and The Girl Friends organizations.
