Eva Martin purchased her first McDonald’s franchise along with her husband, Jim Martin, in Chicago in 1988. She now lives in Las Vegas — where she owns and operates three McDonald’s restaurants, with annual sales in excess of $10 million.
F. Ronald (Ron) Smith owns and operates 13 McDonald’s restaurants in Las Vegas and Henderson. His business employs more than 560 people and totals over $34 million in annual sales.
