It is a pleasure to sponsor this year’s 11th Annual Las Vegas CultureFest. We will be celebrating “Workforce Diversity” October 14-15 on the Fremont Street Experience.
Diversity is a word that is often used — but at Findlay Chevrolet, we act on it. We know that we’re only as good as the people who work for us and those community residents who support us.
We understand that being our best begins with opening our arms, minds, and hearts to new people and things that enhance our lives. Success lies in our ability to get out of comfort zones and away from normal routines.
You can strengthen insight by engaging in conversation with neighbors that you haven’t had opportunities to speak with before, or hiring someone who does not necessarily look like you.
We understand how to diversify financial investments to bring positive economic gains. We are equally obligated to fight for diversity in all things, because it is essential to a well-rounded existence. And in today’s environment, there can be no better message than “All of us, together.”
