City of Lights SoulFest is produced by the same team that delivers the City of Lights Jazz and R&B Festival in April each year. Established in 1994, the City of Lights Jazz and R&B Festival is recognized as the longest-running music festival in Las Vegas, and past performers have included Chaka Khan, KEM, Brian Culbertson, Ledisi, October London, Hugh Masekela, George Duke, Morris Day & The Time, and many others.

Throughout the grounds of the event, there will be a collection of food vendors, a strolling shopping mall with various vendors, VIP hospitality, and multiple beverage locations. Parking is free for all attendees. Patrons are allowed to bring in picnic baskets (not longer than 26”), chairs, and blankets. No glass is permitted.

Built in 1995, the Clark County Government Amphitheatre has been the longtime home to these festivals. The Amphitheatre features sandstone walls, rings of shade trees, and a 280-foot diameter, circular lawn setting. In 2020, the American Institute of Architects recognized the Government Center with its “25 Year Award” for influencing design and style in the Western U.S.
