Watermelon Mojito

Drink recipe compliments of Southern Wine and Spirits

• 2 oz. Botran Blanca Rum
• 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup
• 8 one-inch watermelon chunks
• 10 Fresh mint leaves
• 1-2 oz. Club Soda (Fever Tree)

Glass: 14 oz. Collins or similar

Method: In a pint glass, lightly muddle mint and watermelon. Add remainder of ingredients with crushed ice and roll (back & forth) 4-5 times into a large glass. Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass.

Garnish: Fresh mint and watermelon
