Are you ready to aim high this year?! Homeownership could become a reality in 2022 with access to affordable homeownership from Home At Last, a program by Nevada Rural Housing. When it comes to goals, we all know that anything worth having is worth the hard work it takes to get there. While the journey to homeownership looks different for everyone (and it may take some time), it’s definitely worth it. Where should you start? Education, of course! Home At Last homebuyer education is required and available online 24/7 at no cost to you. Here is just a taste of what you’ll learn!

Home At Last by Nevada Rural Housing offers a wide range of Down Payment Assistance options for eligible homebuyers who earn less than $150,000 annually and have a minimum credit score of 640*.

Explore options with up to 5% of the loan amount in Down Payment Assistance with FHA, VA, USDA Guaranteed and Conventional loan options.

Competitive mortgage rates help ensure years of affordable homeownership.

Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCCs) for eligible first-time homebuyers or qualified veterans provide federal tax credits for the life of the loan — up to $2,000 per year! Plus, the MCC benefit is considered additional income when buying a home, so it boosts purchasing power and lowers debt-to-income ratios.

Use the Home At Last Program and receive a HAL Pals pet adoption certificate – we’ll cover the adoption fee!

Home At Last is available in parts of your county and throughout Nevada in communities with populations under 150,000. For Clark County, visit to verify eligible areas.
