• Total Listings: Currently, there are 2,808 homes on the market, providing ample choices for prospective buyers. 
• Luxury Living: For those seeking upscale properties, there are 644 homes priced at a million dollars and above, offering luxurious living options. 
• Mid-Range Market: With 1,310 homes priced between $500,000 and $999,000, buyers can find properties that strike the perfect balance between value and amenities. 
• Affordable Options: In the price range of $300,000 to $499,000, there are 1,226 homes available, catering to families and individuals looking for affordability without compromising on quality. 
• Entry-Level Homes: For those on a tighter budget, there are 21 homes priced at $299.000 or below, presenting affordable entry points into homeownership. 
• Special Deals: Additionally, there are opportunities for buyers interested in short sales and bank-owned properties, with 14 short sale properties and 25 bank-owned properties currently on the market. 

While it’s true that African-Americans may face unique challenges in qualifying for mortgages, it’s essential to highlight the assistance and support available.
