Stephanie Kirby is executive director of the local Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization, whose objective is to “Raise awareness and educate local communities on women’s health issues.”
Primarily a fundraising organization, Susan G. Komen for the Cure does not provide direct care. Rather, the organization forms partnerships with providers that offer medical services to uninsured and underinsured patients.
